We had their Presidential Suite #203. What a fantastic room! Every attention to detail was thought through here. They certainly didn't spare any expense to make this the best suite in its class. As for the service, it too was perfect! Kind, thoughtful, caring, and attentive are what comes to mind when describing this hotel and its staff. Worthy of being a true Luxury establishment.
Just amazing! When we arrived we received a welcome drink while the nice guy in the reception checked us in. Shortly after entering our very nice room the reception called us to ask if everything was to our liking.
We asked if they could recommend any antique shops. A list was made for us together with a map with the listed antique shops pointed out.
Very nice breakfast again with fantastic service.

Just returned from three amazing days with a friend in Krakow. This hotel is beautiful, the staff was very nice and provided excellent service and we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the spa area in the basement. I can't point out a single negative thing. The included breakfast was delicious and the beds were super comfortable. Also the hotel is situated super close to the old town.
A great place to stay while visiting Krakow. Hotel is amazing and rooms are beautiful. Very tasty breakfasts and the hotel restaurant is definitely worth visiting. Very good location, very close to the Wawel and Old Town. Very professional staff with smile always. Highly recommended!
There is no hotel private parking for car, you have to use a public one. It’s not far away but that’s something you don’t expect when you book 5-star hotel.
Magnificent and very well situated. We spend an unforgettable time in krakow thanks to the staff too. They are all very professional and attentive. We eat very well in the restaurant. Special thanks to Marta in the restaurant, you are the best. Thank you for all. We recommend Bashleda of course.
