Really nice rooms for great price,and just right next to Bazylika Mariacka(St.Mary’s Basilica).Friendly and very helpful staff.We enjoyed our stay.
What a lovely place. Rooms were amazing, felt like I was really pampered and the views of the main square in this beautiful city were out of this world. Staff were really nice as well. Breakfast probably not the best I've had in a hotel but was fine for our needs. The only problem is that the bar has been set so high staying here that I feel other hotels are not going to be anywhere near this quality.
Just returned home today from what was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The accommodation was first class. The staff were very helpful and courteous... The room had everything one could ask for, spotless and fresh. Availed of the hotels transfer facility to the airport and travelled in the Rolls Royce.. Overall great location right on the square. Beautiful City.. Will be returning again and happy to recommend The Betmanoski as a first point of accommodation.
I rented a suite and junior suite here for me and my husband and our entourage to get ready for our wedding day. It was a fabulous choice. First, The staff was so lovely and accommodating. They kept making sure we had everything we needed and they also accepted flower deliveries for us which we were so grateful for.
Second the rooms were out of the world!!! Clean, gorgeous, and so unique!! The suite was absolutely massive. It was 3 times bigger than I thought it was. With 3 bathrooms. I’m still in shock. The junior suite was also spacious and the view of the square was out of this world. You cannot beat the location of this hotel either. Located in the best part of the square, and it was only a block away from our church as well. So it was very easy to get to there on foot.
Thank you again Betmanowska :) you made our wedding day very special and we will be back for anniversaries :)

Stayed here with the wife in February in a deluxe room and wow what can I say, two glasses of Prosecco on arrival, bottle of Prosecco in the room, the windows opened out onto a beautiful view of the square, the room had a free mini bar, fruit bowl, coffee and tea Facilites, there was a jacuzzi for two in the room, (only downside was it took too long to fill) staff very friendly, Breakfast was good and comes with a packed lunch if you are heading off on a tour for the day, Sports bar in the hotel, hotel location was excellent for the square,
Highly recommend and will be back
