Stayed here for 3 nights in December with my boyfriend. It was perfect in every possible way. Clean, stylish and comfortable. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Perfect location. Just a 40 minute bus ride that takes you from outside the airport to right next to the hotel for just 40p!!! (download the app jakdojade to book). Will definitely be staying again. Only problem was that two single beds had been pushed together to make a double and we found ourselves falling down the gap. Nevertheless, it was by far the nicest hotel we saw in Krakow.
This is a small but perfectly adequate hotel. The rooms are quite large and well equipped. Good shower & TV. Nice little bar and restaurant area. Breakfast was standard continental affair but some cooked eggs & sausages The staff were good and there is a lift. They are trying their best to be Covid secure but maybe they should scrap the buffet with shared utensils etc. A little out of town but not too far - 20 min walk if you are fit.

Stayed here while visiting Krakow for my birthday. The breakfast was filling, small selection of meats and cheeses, breads fruits, salads and accoutrements, plenty to have a filling breakfast and a great start to the day. The rooms were big for just the two of us and shower was roomy.
Nice & clean hotel just 10 min walk from Rynok Square. There's a public parking nearby (free on weekends) & breakfast is really good to. We've visited this hotel two times already and would certainly go for more
