Ok the pool is nice, but you cannot control the heating in your room. I was put in a room with no windows, extremely hot all night. Would not stay again.
Very nice hotel in the full center of Kracow.
All Staff super kind and efficient. I want to make a very very good feedback particular on those 2 girls: Ada from the bar. And Gloria from the spa/swiming pool. They was so kind and helpful with me. Inapreciate it a lot.
Romm very nice and clean. Very good bathroom with a large showe.
The only “negative” point is the gym. To small for doing a serious workout.
By the way i totallt recommend this hotel
Perfect hotel in city center of Kraków clean, good breakfast, parking and just few minute walk to reach the istorucall place and main square
