I have only good things to say about this hotel. The location is great, close to the main square, close to the train station and of course, it's located in the lovely Old Town.
The room was also very nice, spacious, great AC (which was very useful since it was very hot), extremely comfortable bed... Probably one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on!
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would complain is the construction right next to the hotel that was a bit loud in the morning, but nothing extreme.
I highly recommend this hotel, but if you're going by car make sure you inform yourself about parking garages or where you can park, because the parking situation is a bit complicated.

2-3 min walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, bars.
There are some construction works going on at the buidling next door, so be aware that after 8am you won‘t sleep anymore.

Location is perfect, calm and quiet but 3-5min walks to great restaurants and bars. Yea pretty much everything is 5min away.
Just next to the park that runs around the center. Perfect for a jog in the morning.
Everything is modern, fresh and clean.
Loved the touch screen keypad for the rooms, since I usually forget / loose my key card.
The service is more than excellent.
All staff is super friendly and accommodating.
I'll had the hotel driver pick me up at the airport and from that second the service was top notch.
Even their dry cleaner was perfect.
Doesn't mather how much you like a hotel, you can always nitpick and find something wrong. Even really small things. And I try to find something negative, but couldn't. Even the air-conditioning was quiet.
Even the worst part, paying the bill was a nice experience. Not only due to the great prices. But once again, how friendly the staff is.
I'm not staying anywhere else in kraków from now on.
