We stayed here for six nights and each one was brilliant. The staff are all very good but one in particular really made our trip special, she helped us with everything from navigating the trams to posting a post card for us back home. The location is very convienient being a minute away from a tram stop which takes you into the main areas of krakow which run every 5-10 minutes. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and the breakfast at novum bistro is very nice. The superior suite was perfect for our needs and the shower is great. Overall a great place and would go back again.
Beautiful and comfortable rooms with complementary tea and espresso coffee in the room. Exotic toilet with all the necessary toiletries. 24 h reception. Very near to Krakow Glowny. Not very far from old town either.
