I love staying here every time I visit Krakow. Excellent customer service and gorgeous apartments selection.
This is a fantastic place to stay on location alone. Situated on market square where all the action is. Very helpful and professional staff that go that extra mile to help your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. The room was beautifully clean and modern. However the entrance to the hotel could do with a bit of an uplift and could very much confuse if you where in the right hotel. The modern design of the rooms does not match with the dull and dinghy entrance. But do not let this put you off. Overall a perfect stay to a perfect weekend.
We found the apartment to be absolutely perfect for our stay and will very likely be returning and would want to stay in the same apartment.
If I could suggest just one thing that would improve the apartment it would be the availability of a microwave oven in the kitchen.
The apartment is in a great position making everything within easy walking distance.
The Fragola staff were very helpful in organising trips.
The best place to stay in Krakow. On the main square of the city. Book a room with a view and you won't regret it. It's like you live in the city while you are in the apartment. It was one of the reasons we loved Krakow!
Best possible location. The apartments are next to the main square. Some of them have windows on the old town. The reception is nice and helpful. Highly recommend place to stay in Cracow
