Good welcome. Everything clean, clean room. Very friendly personel. Jacuzzi on the rooftop is just amazing. It is close to many famous places in Krakow :)
Definitely the best hotel in Krakow! Stylish interior design, friendly admin team, high standard management. An apartment #51 is a dream: own jacuzzi, common roof jacuzzi, sauna, a bottle champagne as a gift, free beverage from the fridge.
P.S.: Huge huge shut-out to a receptionist. Don't know her name, unfortunately. She told me she's the new one there, but totally stunned me with her service.
Perfect hotel. We loved everything ...room was amazing and so modern. Breakfast tasty. Also location was good. We will be back
This is an amazing hidden gem. We are so pleased we found it. State of the art design, facilities and rooms.

The place is extraordinary, the "black" design of rooms and bathrooms, without a hint of a closet in the room, as well as very friendly staff .... and an excellent bar restaurant, where in the evening you can find a lot and have a great time. I almost forgot about the rooftop jacuzzi (at +4) cosmic sensations
