Friendly, respectful, and helpful staff. Rooms were amazing and the breakfast was delicious.
I have only good things to say about this hotel. The location is great, close to the main square, close to the train station and of course, it's located in the lovely Old Town.
The room was also very nice, spacious, great AC (which was very useful since it was very hot), extremely comfortable bed... Probably one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on!
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would complain is the construction right next to the hotel that was a bit loud in the morning, but nothing extreme.
I highly recommend this hotel, but if you're going by car make sure you inform yourself about parking garages or where you can park, because the parking situation is a bit complicated.
Lovely place, great rooms. I had the room with the exposed wood supports and it was very charming. Air conditioning worked great, so did the shower, plenty of toiletries, sewing kit etc, as expected from a hotel.
Breakfast was delicious but, if there was one thing I cold recommend to the management, it would be to set out exactly how it is to be presented every time as it was vastly different each morning. Also the salt in the salt shakers was very, very wet, it's understandable as the basement is pleasantly chilly and moist but there must be a way to get around it.
Beautiful hotel, modern, tidy. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Many excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The room is quiet and bed very comfortable. Additional bonus is Netflix instead of TV channels.
Stayed here for 3 nights, it was a fantastic hotel. Great rooms, lovely court yard. Breakfast has a great selection and there is a supermarket opposite if you want to pick up any bits. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the main square.
The staff was nice and delighted to serve the customers. We could get anything we wanted to the room and they were ready to give us some extra information and tips about the city. However, they didn't tell us the sauna was closed and it was one of the reason why we chose this hotel. A bit disappointed for that one.
I was here yesterday with my boyfriend.
We are from Germany and compared to our apartments it was much better here.
We had our own Jacuzzi and sauna, and a massage chair
It was very relaxing and the apartment is beautifully decorated.

Queen Boutique Hotel was in a great location. About 10 mins from castle, 15 mins to the main square and 5 mins to the Jewish areas. Surrounded by great places to eat and little coffee shops just off the main road. The hotel was spotless and the reception staff very welcoming and happy to help. We forgot plug adapters and they provided some free of charge along with umbrellas, extra tea and milk. Breakfast had a great selection of continental and a small selection of cooked options like scrambled eggs or omelet. Room 10 had a great view and no noise from the street. During the night the black out curtains provided total darkness.
A good and nearly central location away from the crowds of the busy areas. Rooms are a good size, well equipped, modern looking and clean. The trams come down the main street outside but the windows were good and we were not woken up. Overall a good stay in a 3 star hotel and recommended for a 3-4 day stay in Kraków
Superb location, staff, restaraunt and accomodations! Was a perfect family vacation!
Good welcome. Everything clean, clean room. Very friendly personel. Jacuzzi on the rooftop is just amazing. It is close to many famous places in Krakow :)
You must try this place food amazing and reasonably priced out standing tomato soup a must for everyone

The staff couldn’t do enough for us which is something we really appreciate when we visit a country for the first time.
Beautiful rooms, the whole building is spotless and well worth the visit. The staff are obliging no matter what the request is and gave us plenty of advice on where the best food places , entertainment and the tours too do. Central too everything and will definitely return
The best host I've ever had! Very helpful and so kind-hearted. The location of the place literally can't be better if you're visiting Kraków. Staying here felt like home ❤️ The atmosphere is so warm and the rooms are cosy. Thank you! I'll be back for sure! :)

Really nice rooms for great price,and just right next to Bazylika Mariacka(St.Mary’s Basilica).Friendly and very helpful staff.We enjoyed our stay.
Stunning place. Hotel deserves **** that he claims. Well designed and maintained interior, with very polite service. Delicious chocolate tart, and coffee.
Gorgeous Apt/hotel,only downside,no lift!we were on 4th floor,then moved to 1st,stairs a killer for oldies
