Very convenient,1 thing they need to improved,their tv signal very poor
Mattress was old and can feel the individual spring coils. Water was hot and pressure was good. Simple breakfast next door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only 1 usable electric plug in the room, so to charge my laptop I had to use the plug meant for the kettle.
Spacious room. But no refrigerator provided as agreed. Lots of ants too. Charged extra for additional pillows n towels. Breakfast is terrible n the dining area is too small for hotel guest. Tv channels very limited. Good location.
First time at zara Hotel for a meeting.
