Great experience for the whole time being there. Staff are friendly and helpful. In our case, we needed to check in early to catch some time before rushing in to work, and they were happy to help us with that. Also the hotel is connected to Suria Sabah mall. Very convenient to look for stuff around.
Booked it during PKPP period on Agoda - deluxe king room with partial view at RM80. considered cheap with free parking lot at 7th floor and straight elevator to shopping mall. What you must consider is the hotel colect RM100 cash deposit.

I like the free parking too, only the check-in time it would b great if at least at 2pm instead of 3pm.
So far so good. Need to drive to 7th floor for lobby. Payment and check out not systematic. Guest paying with credit card, but still requested deposit. Credit card machine support wave but still asking for PIN which is not secure if someone saw our PIN. They reason only don't want people using other people credit card. Just look the card and ic, same name should be the same owner lah!
