Beautiful swimming pool on Kopaonik. You can use pool inside or outside too. My exparience was perfect. Guests can enjoy also in the spa centre, fitness and in a lot of things. The hotel is 150metres from the slopes. Kind staff and nice atmosphere.

Was here two years ago on Christmas holidays for skiing. Place as a hotel is massive with lots and lots of things to do. Very nice ski courses and to be honest the food was good too. There are two different restaurants in this place as well as a ski rental place. This place is simply put packed with stores and restaurants that help you relax after a long day skiing

Location : amazing up mountain in a very natural spot.
Staff: amazing people, smiling non stop and happy to help with whatever you need.
Room: amazing room decorate with a very neat and elegant flavor.
Food in the hotel: was very tasty!
Extras: warm swimming pool inside&out with best waitress that will bring you what you need in terms of food or drinks.
All kind of kids activities!!

What a great experience. The hotel is in good shape (and will be getting updated later this year), but the staff is really top notch. We had a bunch of requests during our stay (some extra stuff for the kids, the use of a conference room, ski room service, etc), and they all came through and accommodated whatever we needed. Highly recommended.
The only issue we had was with the parking situation, but again the staff came through and found us a spot and dealt with the snow.
We loved staying here. The indoor and outdoor pool is perfect, the saunas are great! The restaurant is top class and I recommend having breakfast and dinner included cause it's by far the best food you'll find around here. We also had great massages! Highly recommend this place!
