Reviews from visitors:
The stay here was absolutely great.
Comfortable, clean, meaningful!
I’ve stayed at this hotel even before the renovation so I am thrilled with the layout and the new look! We paid for overnight stays with half board, so we tried both breakfast and dinner. Both were served on a buffet basis so everyone could eat whatever they liked! Food was really tasty!
The spa includes a swimming pool, massage rooms, Turkish bath, Russian sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna. The spa room was warm enough so as the pool water.
Staff was absolutely helpful and kind!
Most amazing thing in this hotel is that you could buy ski pass, and rent ski equipment! You don’t have to waste time and look for that somewhere else.
I will probably stay here again! I recommend!
The hotel has really good facilities, but really poor staff. People working in the hotel, especially reception, are rude, unfriendly, not welcoming and don't care if you come back or not. We literally were told 'You are our guest only till 10.00am,and then you are not our guest'... However, guys working in the ski room are amazing, friendly and supportive. They will take complete care of your skiing experience, providing best equipment and advice.
4 and 5 star reviews? This is a 2 star hotel, at best. Room we stayed in at 400 EUROS per night was a terrible choice (stay away from room 112). The toilet is installed so that no human can fit on it due to being 4 inches away from the shower glass. This so-called family room couldn’t fit three people if it tried, so to call it a family room is a joke.
There is no elevator on the lobby floor so you get to haul your luggage (no bell boys or any assistance from the hotel staff).
The staff at the front desk couldn’t answer simple questions about Kopaonik (no one knew anything about any recommendations as to where to go, what to see) and the ski pass people kept on giving us invalid ski lift passes.
Listen, for 400 EUROS per night, every option around Kopaonik is better, so pass on this one, and definitely pass on Room 112, God forbid.
Picturesque views, incredibly clean rooms, bathrooms and hotel in general, with loads of really great amenities like saunas, spa, swimming pool, massage rooms, and a kids play area. With one exception during our stay, we've had the friendliest and most helpful staff the genuinely went above and beyond, particularly in the kitchen and dining area and at the front desk. The location is only a few minutes drive away from all of the main attractions the mountain has to offer and if you're lucky to stay during the summer, they have an outdoor basketball, soccer and tennis court as part of the complex. Highly recommended and will be back here any time I visit Kopaonik again.
Great service, food and accommodation. I recommend it for everyone.
