The hotel is beautiful and modern but is overshadowed by all the construction work that's going on around it. It everything just not relaxing. The staff is unpleasant. Rooms are alright but for that kind of money, you have way better options, and they lack essentials. When we called to get informed, no one told us that due to Corona, the spa is limited to only 3 hours a day, there are tree 'appointments' from morning to evening. If they told us this, we wouldn't have come. The main reason for coming here was relaxation and spa. Both of those fulfilled. To sup up, they do not have a problem of charging a Premium and then under-delivering. I highly DO NOT recommend this.
Great location and comfortable hotel. We had a wonderful room overlooking the ski slopes which we requested when booking, although they did say that this is not always guaranteed. When we arrived, parking was a nightmare, no one to help us or explain that the parking was underneath. Generally, staff are friendly but there are some working who clearly do not like their job. Most of the staff speak English which is great. No social distancing exists, and even though there are signs about wearing masks, this is not followed through. Food is ok but very salty and heavy. We chose to eat out a couple of nights to break it up. The outdoor pool is a huge feature - we loved the novelty of this. Sauna and indoor pool also available when booking. I do NOT recommend the ski school at all. Great if you speak Serbian, but limited English and children pretty much ignored. Disappointing. The lady at the ski reception was extremely rude and disinterested. Ski equipment very good quality and the employees there always happy to help which is appreciated. Really enjoyed having a drink in the bar downstairs, the waiters/waitresses always attentive and friendly. Overall, would return because it is a really convenient and comfortable location.
The program for kids.... they have aranged a ski school from 10 to 12 followed by lunch with the group from 12 to 14 and a kindergarten with a good content for all ages from 14 to 22.
So Parents can find few hours during the day for slopes.

No ATM machine in the hotel
Great hotel, but on Sunday morning at 07.00 workers were banging on the roof under my room!!!
As well no other TV channels besides ruling regime propaganda programs.
Otherwise hotel staff was very professional.
