Overall very good place, but there are some cons that guests should be concerned about. Some of these are general Kopaonik issues :
1. The water is not for drinking, you have to buy it in the store. There is a risk It mixes with irregular sewer water in the area. Also the bathroom smells of sewer occasionally.
2. If you have high cholesterol or blood pressure issues avoid the food. It's greasy and there is very little veggies.
3. The views from the rooms are slightly obscured by big building underneath the accommodation.
4. There were no dishes or any kind of kitchenware in the room.
Other than that it's a nice cozy place the staff is okay and it's not that expensive.
Vila Trag is very cosy mountain place. Apartments are spacy, comfortable, clean and warm. Food is delicious. They have mini bus that takes you to ski center. Only complain is that they don't have receptionist all day so you have to take room key with yourself.
If you want to come to Kopaonik and you find a free room at vila Trag, just take it. Everything is clean, the food is good and you have free ride to ski resort.

Hot water only 4-5 minutes ( too small boiler).. after that you need to wait 2-3 hours for a new hot water.
