Clean room with balcony, good breakfast. Far from beach, not enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. Staff didn't speak English, just German or Polish. The hotel is probably perfect for old people from Germany (they have a special program almost every day in the evening with the terrible German live music), but I wouldn't recommend it for young people who don't speak German.

If you visit that place just make sure nobody else will be use your bathroom. My friend left toothbrush in bathroom (he sleep on camp near sunrise festval) and cleaning service find out there gotta be more people than one. On third day Receptionist call me and ask to pay extra for one more person. She was like Sherlock holmes so I decided to drop any conversation and left that place. Most ridiculous place on earth. Shame on you !
Location is ok. There is parking and beautiful flowers at the reception and in the hallways. Very close to the old town. Spacious room. Large selection of Spa items.
The downside is the cold and long late breakfast delivered to the room. When the food was pointed out that it was cold, the service offered nothing in return. One socket in our room had no electricity (horrible with a kettle). At first glance, the bathroom is nicely decorated and functional. Unfortunately, due to the large battery and the handle for the elderly, it is impossible to turn in the shower without hitting something. Just too small a shower cubicle even though there is a lot of space in the bathroom. It would easily fit a bit larger.
A great place as a starting point in Kołobrzeg. Everywhere nearby. SPA perfectly. You could feel on your back that the team has experience. The hotel service is well organized.
