The carpet in the room had stains and an absurd loud noise was keeping me from falling asleep. Location is okay. I wouldn’t book it again ♂️
The employees weren't really friendly (almost grumpy)... we booked a lux-sweet for 4 ADULTS and got one restroom and a couch to sleep... the couch was in the middle of the living room, what has been pretty annoying. Also we booked for the new-year night a party. In the end they said to us that they don't care what we booked (even though we were able to show them that we booked it) and we were supposed to sit 5 hours in the restaurant and listen to music. Even without booking we could have just sit there and eat, so 320 euro for nothing. We left the place at the second day. Also the room wasn't really clean. (the carpet had stains for example)
Not recomended to stay. Its 3 star hotel max. But the restaurant is great and saves the face of hotel.
The best hotel I have visited lately! Great staff!
