Situated in central kolkata. Just opposite medical college and hospital in College Street. Clean rooms. Super clean bathrooms. Very hygienic. Bedsheets towels curtains all seemed perfectly washed and cleaned. Ac wifi tv geysers water heaters everything upto the mark and working just perfectly. Courteous helpful and prompt staff service. On of the Best budget hotels in town
The ambience was not so good. Room was very tiny. No space to walk. Ac was not working properly. Bed sheets were not cleaned. Washroom was clean though. Geyser was not suitable to take shower. Image and description on Booking website were totally different than reality. Front Road was one-way due to which it was difficult to book a cab from there. Breakfast was not upto the mark. No toiletries provided. After asking only sope has been provided. Very bad experience.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. But there is no lift. Overnight room service was good.
Opposite to Calcutta medical college. During covid duty we stayed here, hotel staffs were very helpful. Rooms were nice. Overall pleasant atmosphere.

A bit of water logging in washrooms. But manageable
No lift.
