Hotel is good , rooms are spacious and in good condition. They also have rooms with bathtubs . The management staff is friendly , service is good.
They also have a mini fridge in rooms .
The only problem I faced was that my room's AC was not working properly, so they had me shifted to another room whose AC was working fine at first but by early morning I was covered in sweat.
So make sure you check if the AC I working fine or not.
And oh it's a couple friendly hotel.
I stayed there for almost 12 days.. It was a very pleasant experience.. Rooms are really nice with all the facilities.. Service also very good.. If you are selecting to stay in Salt Lake or New Town area, you can always prefer Senses Hotel for your stay..
Excellent customer service........You are free to roam around and go in n out at any time......we even used to go outside of the hotel at 1:30 am in the night.....we have done many parties......you can take your male or female guests in your room too.....also there is a roof top open restaurant
Located at sector V, Saltlake. Front road is narrow. Staffs are cooperative. Bed sheet & towel are very old. Chair & pillows are not clean. Improvement required.
Wonderful service. Food at reasonable rate. Room condition could improve.
