Average hotel. Not at par with Marriott or Fairfield standards across APAC forget global.
Amazing place and amazing crew! The location is perfect and Vertex is the feather on the crown. The staff is very well behaved and professional. Didn't stay there as I'm a local but, great place and pricing for a great time with either family, friends or that special someone.
Its a nice hotel, they take good care of their guests and its a well sanitized hotel following all the safety precautions. Rooms are spacious and beautiful and have all the basic amenities expected from a hotel of this class. I found the food here to be a bit expensive especially if you order it to your room, but considering its a branch of JW Marriott I would say thats expected.

It was a lovely stay out there, we celebrated our 1st anniversary, thanks a ton mr. Rahul kotekar for the wonderful arrangements as per my requirements. Starting from welcoming of guest, and keeping in mind the safety measures of covid-19. Forgot the name of the FO guy who helped in a smooth check-in, and breifed me about the hotel...thanks a ton ajay and his team for the lovely decor at our room. Tanmoy and pradip for helping me out with my orders and delivering it at the perfect time, and thanks a ton for chef Bobby for suggesting such an delicious delicacy at night.
Over-all experience was too good, the view from the room was mesmerizing.
Fantastic place with an elite-class ambience. The staff is perfect and so is the food. Everything comes at a reasonable rate. Lovely place to have dinner or lunch with friends and family.
