Pros: Property is good. Nice behavior of staffs. Polite and humble. Food was good and reasonable. Locality is good and easy to find.
Prons: You will not get any restro if not willing to go until axis mall.
They do not entertain unmarried couple if you are looking to book single room.
Cozy, Clean and Decent. Great location (eco park 4km away!). Amenities are good.
Only thing I have to complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable.
Priced in a manner that's suitable for solo travellers and small families.
Food options are limited so are the timings (9am to 9pm).
Service is good and staff are friendly.
The staff of the hotel are polite and hospitable. The rooms are decent and hygienic in this price range. They provided me complimentary breakfast at dirt cheap tarrif. The food here is delicious and very cheap. Affordable, Comfortable and Incredible!!

I and My mother stayed at NK7.I find a joy in expressing how tremendously happy and overwhelmed we were when we reached here , we were warmly received by the Hotel Manager Mr.Pinaki at the desk and then By Mr.Arun(excellent care-taker).We got so settled and adjusted that we did not even feel as if we were away from home.
It's a newly-developed building , trust me it is a superb hotel at a prime location - Newtown from where you can easily commute anywhere be it airport,hospitals ,real estates , Centre of the city, salt-lake, Rajarhat, EM-bypass or any point-of-attraction places like Eco-park, Nicco-park, science-city, 5-star hotels and much more.Surrounded with malls and food hubs, small cafés , resto's scattered around in distances.
The hotel is located in a very decent quiet area, though you certainly might need to take a walk to catch any local bus(if you are economic) otherwise it's great.During our stay we realized NK7 is not couple friendly.So one might need to present proofs before checking-in if you are married.For solo,business traveller, small family it's undoubtedly a great choice.
Beside NK7 really has Friendly staff , super homely food ,cleanliness is another pointer .Rooms are Modern, clean modern bathrooms , always Windy and very peaceful .Very refreshing all the time if one sits by the big windows ,loved it.The hotel also offers In-House well equipped kitchen and In-the-House Super chefs.They even have banquets too I was little surprised.
Lastly , I'd personally thank Mr.Arun for being such a wonderful care-giver at the Hotel , he always prompted us ,cross-checked with us thoroughly about our needs ,necessities and demands during our 7 night stay at the hotel, he anticipated our requirement and provided us a spacious room on the first day following neat and tidy services througout.I also extend my heartily thanks to The chefs who delivered freshly cooked food as I ordered ,the food we ordered were fresh ,looked so good tasted so well.My big thanks to all who I missed.
Overall I will certainly recommend NK7 to anyone who is in search of reasonably priced place to stay or for short stay.

Recently had 2 nights 3 days stay at this property. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet place just 5 mins walk from Newtown bus stand...The amenities provided were above standard...from clean rooms, washroom, free parking to high speed wifi connection...the staffs were very courteous...the food served were very good...overall nice place to stay within budget...
