We had stayed here for 2days. The location of property is very good. Hospitality was also very good. Although room sizes are small but it has everything that we need and nicely decorated. I would like to thank Lucky from the restaurant section, she is very helpful Always with a smile.
Wonderful stay just near to Novotel. I get to know, its from the same group of hotels. Ibis hotel definitely budget oriented, but all amenities are available. It's open for business travelers, tourist and couple stays. The rooms are modern and nice. The interior is refreshing and open type.
Definitely recommended. Give it a try.
We stayed for 5 nights & it was lovely. We have experience with other nearby hotels as well & with the price, I would really like to recommend this one. Also I would specially like to mention the breakfast assistance by Lucky. She is helpful & always smiling. Next visit, we already decided to book here.
Based on my previous favourable experience I made a hell of a mistake staying at this hotel for a business conference. The hotel decides to do their construction/repair work late into the night till 3 am on one of the days and past 1 am on another. For international conferences which I need to attend from 4 am and the only reason I stayed in a hotel despite being a local has been completely ruined by the by the unprofessional conduct of the hotel staff. The only saving grace was the mute service boy from the restaurant who provided excellent room service. But i will never stay here again and nor will recommend this place to anyone ever again.
satyarupa Mukherjee and Suman Devnath from front desk both are very helpful and professional. check in and check out was fast. room was fully sanitized with best city view. all staff's are very helpful. Thank you everyone for your best service.
