Every thing is good. Only issue I faced was finding the place. Owners number sometimes doesn't get connected. Rest is good.

I arrived in Kolkata very late at night (~3 am) and Red Arrow Residency was very accommodating. Most places in this area don't allow such late check-in, but someone at Red Arrow waited up for me. Smooth check-in, great breakfast, comfortable room. Outer gate may be locked at night, but there will be a gate guard who can let you in.
Excellent guest house facility. Very professionally maintained. At first glance, I was skeptical but once I stayed, it was a remarkable experience.
Starting from the ease of checking in as soon as you arrive, the sheer variety of toiletries, the hair dryer, the quality of food (especially dinner. The mutton dinner is a must try), the room facilities, and the 24x7 help. Everything was almost comparable to a star-level hotel, albeit at a more budget-friendly level minus the frills.
I would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for accommodation in Kolkata.
P.S. After all my visits to the "Must-visit restaurants" in Kolkata, nothing beat the Mutton dinner in terms of sheer quality and taste.
