WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR!!!!! They charged us 1700 rs extra for an invalid reason. Also, gave us a twin bed instead of a king size bed. When we asked for a king size bed, they asked us to upgrade it to premium for 1800 rs.

Please connect me to the Corporate General Manager for wrongful laundry charges of ₹708/- claiming that we were responsible for blood stains on the bedsheet.
This was outright insulting as during check-in a smoking room was turned into a non smoking just by some room freshner and now we had been held while boarding a train stating we were responsible for blood stains on the bed sheet.
A complaint shall be written on all online portals and a complaint shall be lodged to HRACC and FHRA(E)I
Nice hotel, view from the room was very good, but because of water logging in the monsoon you can't drive here, this place is situated 2ft. below the main road.
The food of the restaurant was also good.
Location is the plus point. A well maintained property. Room and washroom is very good. A worth stay.
