Although, in the hotel's description you would see it describing itself as a 4/5 Star Property but in reality it comes no where close to one. Horribly small rooms, dirty towels were supplied initially during check-in, receptionist was unavailable for most hours when called ( had called during early morning hours for water bottles & dental kits, no one picked up from the reception, got a call back after 45 mins with no sign of apology). They say it is a queen bed room, which is two mattresses joined together and they fall apart when a couple sleep on two corners of the bed. The only positive experience was their rooftop restaurant Capella, which is a beautiful place to hangout. They serve brewed beer and food is worth the money spent. Overall, it was a sad experience and I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here. Given the money that you pay here, add in 500-1000 bucks more and stay at Novotel/Marriott and similar properties.

This Hotels food is not so good, their food quality is also very poor by quality and quantity. The top most problem is no ladies wash room and no wash basin afforded here with banquet!!?! The hotel described as 5 star!! Is it 5 star like facility? OH GOD

The new Rooftop Sky lounge at AltAir has absolutely stunning ambience. Its open terrace sitout is best with cool breeze and great Views ..Very tastefully done, lots of artwork inspired by Bollywood movies. Very limited alcohol selection due to the temporary licenses, but I’m sure they will get there soon. Service was very poor, Buffet Spread was decent. At times we felt the veg & Non Veg Fried items are being cooked in same Oil Pan. Some veg dishes did have a taste & smell. The Feel & Ambience of the place is something worth a Visit. The hotel is situated at 19th floor. Convenient place for a meeting. Stunning and panoramic views from the hotel, Name of the Building is Eco centre near wipro crossing at Sector V.
