Starting with the check-in, the person in the reception was really accommodating. We got a free upgrade to a better room, so if you're not visiting on a rush day, please do request them. The room was clean, the linen was clean as well. The bathroom was well maintained. Overall, a good place with all the required amenities at a very decent price. The location is a bonus. Also, it's worth mentioning that outside food is allowed but please tell them upfront.
Before booking online, give them a call, you might get better rates.

This hotel is neat and clean. This is a very good hotel in a cheap price. Very suitable for who are going to Kolkata for shopping in the new market area. Although it has some downside.Though they provide complimentary breakfast but they don't have a restaurant. Entrance is very narrow and there is no visible name plate for the entrance.
My 30 days was a great experience to stay in Park Victoria Hotel.
The location is best As it has a very comfortable, neat and clean room as well as all the staff are so nice. And Miss. Adeeba is so helpful and lovely that she is very kind helpful and supportive and understands her job and such a hardworking little cutest girl.
The management is lucky to have you being a girl she is so passionate about her job so I reached the hotel at 3AM and she was awake and was waiting till I reach. It's really professionalism and she was managing everything so well. I liked that place very much. I would love to come here again with my family members and friends.
