Nice family run place, very welcoming and friendly people. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms - mattresses seemed very new and firm which I like! Bathroom was clean with a very nice (hot) shower. There is a small kitchenette where you can cook. Free tea and coffee.
Equidistant from the main bus station and the centre of Kutaisi, which was perfect for us (about 2km from each). Good restaurant around the corner for cheap, local food and beer/wine.
Would stay again!

It was a worst surprise you can deserve - after staying one night and then return back in 2 days my friend found her own hair under the pillow, so staff didn't change bed linen at least for 2 days and no one knows, for how long time people used it bed before! Isn't it fun to share your bed linen internationally! :)
The reception lady doesn't speak English and understands Russian very little. Instead of changing bed linen, cleaning something or trying to study languages, she is watching TV and eating sunflower seeds. That's all she can!
Disgusting place! Must to avoid! :(
Loved the hotel, sincere, clean, nice. The owner met late at night, treated him to homemade brandy, sat and talked, it was great. In the morning we ate a delicious breakfast and went to Tbilisi. If we still stay in Kutaisi, only in Hotel Palm !!!
