We really enjoyed our stay here. Cat at the front desk was the absolute BEST! She had such a great spirit and was beyond friendly and helpful. She truly made our stay that much better with her kindness. The rooms could probably use updating, but we don’t mind that type of stuff too much. We enjoyed the small town feeling of the location and loved having the beach across the street. We visited the Hawaiian Moons store down the street often for their vegan goodies. This location isn’t far from the airport either which was convenient. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.
This is a beautiful place to stay and relax, or get to the ocean, shopping, lots to see and do!' Our room was a beautiful one on the 5th floor, Beautiful like I said.... Would recommend to all I know... Front desk girls were fantastic too.
Really close to 3 public beaches, and there are tons of eatery's that range from good to great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. During this pandemic they have contactless check-ins if you try to check in after 3pm you should contact them.
Great one bed one bath. Newly renovated and all the amenities. Great for families. Walkable to any locations. Suggest Cafe O lei for restaurant.
We booked 7 nights stay via booking.com a month a ago, today we flied 6 hours then were told they do have our information but we can not check in until booking give them a call or notice something, the man answered the phone said him have no right and don't have anther manager can call. we call booking.com right away but the customer service told us they tried to contact this hotel but no response. Now we can do nothing but wait they get this through. We have been here for hours and no one can tell us when or whether we can get our room. My kids are so tried, they are only 5 and 3, they are so worried about where we cam stay tonight. I WISH I NEVER BOOKED THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL BEFORE.
