I've stayed here a few times and I can't say enough about this hotel. Just a few steps away from sugar beach - the location is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is so helpful.

Exceptional in every aspect of our visit! Gave us peace of mind during Covid! So clean and super safe. Location is perfect, just steps away from the beach. Can’t wait to go back.
I am deeply saddened by my stay here . We were charged 100 dollars for being 2 minutes over a late check out. It's really the ugly times we live in. There is nothing good to say with such a bad taste left In your mouth. Greed, and no aloha. Just shameful. I live here and just wanted to take my son and relax. Anything but that.
I will never forget my stay with you on Summer 2019. Sadly this will be for the bad reasons. I was given a room with no working AC that the receptionist / manager knew of its current state. (There was a portable ac put in place that could not handle the room size). Then they switched us to a room that was not the category we paid for nor did they wanted to refund me for the downgrade. Then they switched us to a room infested with ants and no hot water. I needed to cancel at that point. There are cheaper and better hotels than this location for sure (I learned that the bad way). They are not prepared to meet the demand on crowded seasons. The worst part is that when I told "the manager" that I was going to give them a bad review on the G search engine (this one). They hinted that they did not care since the owner of the hotel works for the G company. (Again hinting that they could do something about bad reviews). I guess they are doing something since they do have good reviews on this platform. If you are reading this considering to stay here I advice you "THIS HOTEL IS EVEN WORSE THAN A TRAILER STOP" and if you are the owner of this hotel and you are reading this, you should do something about your staff giving away your personal information (like occupation).
Great location right across the street from the beach, but the property is very dated and expensive for what it is. While the Choice website advertises free hot breakfast included, they are not offering that due to COVID. Additionally, there are roosters/chickens right next to the hotel, so you’ll be woken up starting at 4am.
