What a lovely resort. Management is awesome and you get to meet all sorts of great people from around the world.
Good location with great Oceanview.
Very friendly ladies at the front desk.
Very noisy at night because of bad design of the building. Swimming pool is not heated and uncomfortable cold during the winter season.
The permanent owners of unit 403 are a very grumpy and unhappy couple.
Maintenance people are kind of messy.
This resort had it all. Good location, great price, beachfront view, and plenty of room in the rooms. No ac is the biggest issue but we spent no time in the room, because how can you when you’re in Hawaii....

Great location and nice enough rooms and most of the staff is really cool, BUT there is this really strange lady on the third floor directly overlooking the pool that is always watching like a hawk for any perceived pool area infraction. You seriously can’t play with your kids in the pool without her yelling some nonsense from her balcony. Oh and then she’ll play substandard piano with her balcony door open so everyone has to hear it. To top it off sometimes they sing. It is brutal.
These guys are so cheap that they keep their swimming pool freezing cold year-round. Don’t book this place you won’t be able to enjoy the water unless you are a polar bear.
