Great little condo complex. Pool right out your back door makes it perfect for young families. Nice sandy beach right across the street. Would definitely come back again
I've stayed here a few times and I can't say enough about this hotel. Just a few steps away from sugar beach - the location is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is so helpful.

Water faucets sucked in our room. Check in was weird we arrived at 5:50 office closes at 6:00 but was handed keys and told to check in in the morning before 10:00♂️. With COVID they are only allowing 5 people in pool area and you must schedule a time. Very peaceful and secluded from others.
Love it here! The owners makes you feel like family. It's easy to text and ask any questions. So close to the beach. The garden is a wonderful spot to do morning meditations and yoga. It's so nice just being able to have your door open and look out on the water.. Also sunsets are KILLER. Often there are whales jumping (Jan) while overlooking the sunset. You can take 10 seconds to walk down to the water, or just watch from the garden/patio. Also when we arrived we were greeted with freshly grown grapefruit and lemons that were grown on property. Property is extremely COVID friendly as you are very isolated from other guests.
This place exceeded our expectations! Our family of 5 found it to be a wonderful setting. Though the beach a little rocky, the expansive lawns where you could walk barefoot forever more than makeup for it. The staff and gardeners work so hard to make keep this place immaculate, it almost felt like staying in a Disney property. If we ever come back to Kihei we will look for availability here first!
Incredible location, views, staff, clean, essentially a private beach, excellent communication and suggestions, parking included, full kitchen with plates/utensils, proximity to airport, Lahaina, and Wailea. Can't say enough good things about our experience. If you want to be pampered and have big fancy pools, not the place for you. If you want peace, quiet, included amenities, quick access to a private beach, incredible views, and location to restaurants and stores, this is the place. AND a better value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Facility was very nice
Very clean and surprisingly quiet. Expected noisy since right across from the white sand beach. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy
More important the shower had great water pressure.
Our stay at Kamaole Sands was amazing! We had 2 units, both with ocean view lanai's and 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. The grounds were immaculate, the pool and hot tub were very nice and the staff was very welcoming. The beach is literally, across the street and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Cat at the front desk was the absolute BEST! She had such a great spirit and was beyond friendly and helpful. She truly made our stay that much better with her kindness. The rooms could probably use updating, but we don’t mind that type of stuff too much. We enjoyed the small town feeling of the location and loved having the beach across the street. We visited the Hawaiian Moons store down the street often for their vegan goodies. This location isn’t far from the airport either which was convenient. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.
Bob and Sande have two different ways to stay in Maui...the beach condo and at their Kihei home...we stayed on the backside of their beautiful home...accommodations were comfortable, clean, and private with a delicious daily breakfast...we appreciated the free parking and flexible check out! Thank you Bob and Sande...Maui was a dream vacation...we’ll be back! ❤️
Beautiful, well taken care of place to stay. Everyone was friendly and we had a great time sitting on the little grass yard in the back. Close to many gorgeous destinations. Thoughtfully decorated and clean. We had an incredible time!
Affordable beachfront condos to rent. Pool and jacuzzi are clean and refreshing.. definitely a diamond in the rough once the renovations are completed.
Excellent location right on the beach and across the street from an açaí bowl stand, natural foods grocery, bakery and other small shops. The two bedroom, two bath, with a fully stocked kitchen was perfect for our family. Loved the view of the ocean while lying in the master bed. We would definitely come back!
We adored Pineapple Inn. The property is absolutely stunning and our individual room was spacious and comfortable. With only 4 rooms you almost always feel as if you have the place to yourself. The Inn has a gorgeous pool and top-of-the-line hot tub. Made for great evening swims under the stars after a full day exploring the island. We thought the bed was very comfortable, the beach equipment you could borrow in great condition and the snacks/kitchen wear perfect for the few days we were there. Lastly, the location was really nice. Great proximity to Wailea beaches and restaurants and was on a really beautiful residential street. There is a busy street behind the property, you do hear the cars but this didn't bother us and was overshadowed by the incredible lush gardens and paradise atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet and affordable Maui accommodation.
