Nice location.
Resort was surprisingly full when we went in Feb. Hard to find parking near our room in the evening and neighbors very noisy in the am. Thin walls. Plenty of space, we had a 2 bedroom, staff was good about replenishing towels upon request (due to covid- no housekeeping during our stay, hot tubs were closed) there were 2 pools, 1 only open on weekend and a grill area-we didn't visit. it's about a 1 mile to town in Kona, which is doable if you want to get dinner out. Main complaint was the air conditioning. Thermostats are set so they don't go lower than 72, one of the bedroom vents barely got any air. Also sales presentation is super aggressive, do not go if you don't have to!! beware!
Lovely, spacious grounds set amongst preserved ruins. Units are large and clean, with nice furnishings. One problem we encountered was addressed quickly and efficiently. Had a very comfortable and restful week here.
Beautiful grounds, great condo-style apartments, fun pools, near the coast. Beach access to a small beach within 10 minute walk or to Magic Sands 5 minute drive south. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery store. Quiet rooms and very comfortable firm beds.
Go here, especially if you're a Wyndham Owner, and never look back. Beautiful location - central but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Very well maintained units and grounds, along with very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were exceedingly comfortable, and the outdoor balcony really made every meal special.
It's perfect for couples, families or anyone! Staff and grounds are perfect.
