Breakfast: Agreement with a very good restaurant where we went twice for breakfast (included) and twice for dinner (paid extra). Room: Spacious, quiet, view to the ocean. Staff: Friendly. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Would definitely go back and strongly recommend!
When they say breakfast is included, they mean only for paying adults. If you have kids, steer clear! The room was fine, it’s either hot or freezing. The noise on the street next to the building is pretty terrible. Parking kinda sucks. But it’s close to the shops and the beds are comfy. For maybe 50 bucks more you could stay somewhere much nicer. Won’t be coming back.
I was extremely impressed with this Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean with excellent value for the price. The staff was incredible. They even helped when I had already checked out. Parking staff was also very helpful and kind. I would come back just for the staff alone. Next time we are in Kona, we will be staying here.
Worst experience ever we don't have our IDs due to the current epidemic we can't get id$ so we had a friend rent it for us our friend let the check in know we would be using the room not him and everything was set to go so a little bit later we returned and the old white lady who was not wearing any mask rudely stopped us before we could get to our room she snatched the card out of my friend's hand and told us that we couldn't go into the room so we didn't have anywhere to go the following day although we have not stayed in the room at all we never want foot in the room I'd have to wait overall experience one being awesome 10 being the worst ever and give it to 11 if you can stay away from this hotel not only is there service subpar with dilapidated the building is filled with cockroaches and is super dirty with black mold visible Hawaii's worst hotel if you would even call it that!
Great energy and vibe here. I felt very safe and comfortable. Any view is a great view in Hawaii! Aloha!
