We rented a 2 bedroom condo for myself and three young kids and my nanny. It really was a great place to stay and we enjoyed the pools. Very close to town and lots of beaches. Has a shopping center close with shaved ice and groceries. I thought it was affordable for a great place to stay. We had a full kitchen and cooked lots of meals vs eating out.
A nice old-fashioned hotel with a special feel. Lots of greenery. Not far from the main attractions of Kona.
This company has worked in bad faith with its third party providers especially Snaptravel. If you are traveling from anywhere be aware that there is no solid way to get a cancellation and or a return for your booking and it will end the same day you book the room. This company sets it up so that your customer service is almost 0 and trying to connect with anyone is impossible. Be aware of the hidden cleaning fees of $398.00 dollars... the customer service loop is set up too bounce you around from person to voice mail etc and then as a third party customer the you arrive and don't pay the fee they give your room to the next person or just keep rebooking it... they have most likely ripped thousands of people off this way... do not trust this company as they are allowing third party vendors to rip hardworking individuals off.
Do not trust this company as they will allow third party vendors to steal your money. You as a customer mean absolutely nothing to these grotesque individuals and their relationship with bad faith companies like Snaptravel. Never use Snap travel and if you like theirs and liars who steal hard working individuals money, then that is exactly what your supporting. Here are there Cleaning FEES!
