Reviews from visitors:
Good location with restaurant validation. Small parking lot, but this time, not at all packed. Very nice ambience with ocean views. Very helpful & patient hard-working waitress. Food was good, but quite a wait time, especially for dessert. Overall, a very good choice to enjoy a nice leisurely meal in a ocean front setting. One could hear the waves smashing the rocks nearby and watch the boats.
A nice bar and restaurant with a great view. The drink selection is great but pricy. The food menu is OK but pricy.
A super fun place to get some cocktails and watch the sunset. Really packed, but service was quick! Cocktails were tasty too. Didn’t eat but food looked delicious and portions were good sized.
When a lady orders a Vodka Martini, please don't bring her 4 tablespoons of vodka in the bottom of a clear plastic cup with two short straws! Very disappointed in a bartender who would do that or a resort owner too cheap to provide proper glassware. The food however was quite good (I ordered a house salad with grilled chicken slices). The live Hawaiian music would have been much more enjoyable if they turned the amps down a notch or two. There were seven of us, all kamaainas, having to shout into the ears of our table mates. We enjoyed the evening most when the musicians took their breaks.
After reading some of the previous reviews, my wife and I were dubious. We approached our dinner with mixed feelings...keeping track of how long it took to seat, get drinks, order, etc.
Everything was fantastic! Diane was our server and she was excellent. Very conscientious of our privacy but always making sure we were given the appropriate attention. She really made our dinner great.
The food was perfect. We both ordered the prime rib and it was delightful. We also ordered a side of steamed veggies...wow. Done perfectly. They really accented the meat nicely.
It was a Saturday night and not too busy...maybe 20-25 people.
The manager came by and wished us well - we were just married so they gave us a complementary dessert...an enormous Mud Pie. OMG. It was awesome.
If you have the opportunity to get dinner here I would highly recommend it.
