We stayed at Big Island Retreat in Jan 2020. We had the gorgeous Luxury Suite and we enjoyed every moment. Our favorite part was breakfast on the lanai and evenings on the lanai, where we watched the sunsets. The place is comfortable and has a well-stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach. Jenny, the new manager was great to work with and very responsive. We will be back.
Big Island Retreat!! It's a place where you can escape and get away from everything and enjoy yourself!! I love their rooms I love everything about it. everything is clean and you can walk to the beach
This is a great place. So close to the beach and yet quietly set back from the road. Only thing you can hear is the waves of the ocean. Shopping is nearby with all the stores and restaurants you need. Rooms were very nice and beds extremely comfortable. Had all the luxuries of home plus any beach item you might need. The staff is so friendly and nice, making sure your stay is the best. Stand out staff member Brittany was wonderful, she has the friendliest smile and is so helpful. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the Big Island. I'll be back for sure!!
Nice people, fun place to stay, easy walk down to the beach and the retreat has the free rentals you'd need to have fun there.
No A/C so slightly sweaty days and perfectly cooled off nights. We did have an ant problem so we let the gecko's in.
