Dave and Wendi welcomed us for 6 days and from day 1 their hospitality exceeded every expectation. We were greeted every morning with Wendi’s exquisite breakfast creations (see photos below)and relished everyone of them. The rooms were very comfortable and up to date. We had two rooms. Each room had its private entrance and sitting area. We wanted to experience all the beauty of Kona and Wendi very kindly guided us to each attraction whether it was the volcano, black and green sand beach or makalawena beach where thoughtful hints were given to us to make our journey more special. They provided us with beach chairs and a cooler for water. We even had a clicker to enter and exit their property. We lived the Aloha Spirit at Hindu Kai B &B . I highly recommend it.
This is really a wonderful and welcoming place! We spent 4 amazing days there and everything was perfect!
The location in the middle of the forest is awesome in every single details, the room was really nice and the breakfasts..ooooh that were really unforgettable!! But above all, the real deal are Wendy and Dave! Their ospitalità and advices for what to do/when/what to see/where to eat and their careful presence and help are difficult to explain! They really make the difference!
We were there during our honeymoon and this place really contribuite to make it a wonderful experience.
This is one of the best bed and breakfasts I’ve ever stayed at. Wendi and Dave care deeply about their guests. The food and location are amazing. The gear they give you to enjoy the island is immensely helpful (snorkel, Chairs, etc.). This is a memory for a lifetime. Thanks Wendi and Dave !!!!!!! 10/10 I’d recommend this inn to anyone without hesitation it’s paradise !!!
Wendy and Dave are very hospitable and know how to treat their guests well. Their knowledge of the Big Island is immense and will always be able to help you plan your trip. Their breakfasts in the morning are delicious and so beautiful you almost don't want to eat them. I HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kona
Amazing place with the best hosts ever
The grounds are gorgeous, tropical and serene. The breakfasts are wonderful and very filling and always include fresh fruit. The best part are the hosts, Wendi and Dave. They can't do enough for you from making reservations to mapping out your day if you want. They make it easy and are great fun to swap stories with. We've stayed st a lot of B&B's over the years all over the country and this is at the top of the list. It's ranked #1 in tripadvisor for good reason.
