Not clean
Room very musty smelling. Linens were clean, but couldn't get beyond the strong musty smelling carpet.
Fan in bathroom didn't work. Fixtures worn. Great water pressure, though.
Location is right in the middle of town, so that's a plus since we did our best to avoid having to spend anymore time in the hotel room than to sleep.
Staff at front desk was pleasant.
Breakfast included was basic due to covid restrictions so we didn't take advantage of it.
For the price, there's better options available near by. We booked the room for an overnight before flying out early the next morning. We will not return to this location in the future for the smell alone.
Didn't think the 160.00 deposit was necessary. No breakfast buffet like advertised. I wouldn't recommend it and won't ever waste my time staying at holiday Inn again.
No ice in ice dispenser. Was no reason for it . Had to go down for extra toilet paper no extra roll in the room. Had problems checking in. Room clean.
I was shopping for a room but didn't think I had completed the reservation. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I was charged for a night I didn't stay.
I've e-mailed 3 times with no response. I talked to someone on the phone, but my call dropped as they told me they would not help me.
I've also e-mailed Holiday Inn Corporate with no response.
No consideration for Covid, lack of confirmation from hotel, or the fact that Hawaii was closed to travelers. Not impressed by their lack of customer service.
