We had to wait 30 minutes for pur first drinks order to arrive and when it did it was only half complete.
Very sgit place so expensive food not good and very small nothing spezial who go there second time very stupid

Last time, we got much better room from hotel. But this time I think due to use package which hotel join with the government project "เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน" hotel give us worse room than we paid ourselves. I probably will change to another hotel. TREAT DIFFERENT EVENT WE PAY
Great place at the far end of Jomtien beach their loos and coffee shop are a welcome break during a morning walk.
Service by the staff very good.
Customer care should be improved.
We were guests in this hotel for the third time in a year.
A big part of the staff already knows us and everybody is really very lovely and helpful.
But during the booking, nobody remembers if you have been there before.
If you inquire by Line, you will be rather disdainfully referred to another E-Mail address, without any assistance or interest.
Website of the house is hopelessly outdated.
One evening, we got to know the Boss of the Hotel in the Roof-Top Bar.
Unfortunately I forgot to tell him about this experience personally.
Will go again for sure, anyway...
