We stayed at XS room size, 3rd floor
Deducted because...
-1: Air con in the room is too noisy all night long and hard to sleep with that sound
-2: When silent, in the room you will hear everything whatever upper floor or next door is doing such as taking a bath
-3: The hotel collected deposit of room’s card for 1,000 THB (~$32), yes they full refund when return the card at checking out day BUT way too expensive and no pre-alert or mention anywhere. They just collect when you checking in

+1: location is awesome, the beach is located in front of you plus 24/7 convenience store
+2: No private parking lots neither indoor, however they have 12-hour security guard for your vehicle from evening thru early morning
Great place to relax close to the beach and great coffee
Not a bad hotel if you’re not picky, but it’s not great. It’s clean enough (barring some mildew on the shower curtains), the price was fair, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient for Jomtien. But it’s a bit worn, the shower would flood the entire bathroom floor every time we ran it, and the street smells perpetually like sewage. So it’s just fine if you’re ok with just fine.

We were here just for food and drinks. Nice place, industrial style. Very open seating so nice and cool.
