Huge room (2-bed executive suite), clean but rather basic. Very close to the beach. Hot water not very hot and pressure not good enough to fill the bath. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the pool. Parking can be an issue on Saturday evening.
Relaxed, older guesthouse in Jomtien area - close to beach and local night market. The rooms are quite large. We stayed in a regular studio room on the 3rd floor. As is mentioned in other reviews, be aware that there is no lift/elevator. The regular studio rooms all have a balcony or patio (ground floor) overlooking the street. The guesthouse is an older building, but it is generally well maintained and comfortable.
The air conditioning kept the room cool-ish, but it could not get our room down below around 23 or 24 degrees Celsius (74/75 F) - my attempt at an estimate of the temperature. Since we were already settled in to the room, instead of requesting a different room, we requested a fan (which was delivered promptly - thanks!) and that worked great.
As has been mentioned in other reviews, the beds are on a large wooden platform that sticks out quite a bit from the mattress itself, so you do have to be a bit careful when walking around the bed to ensure you don't hit your shins. The bed itself was comfortable, large and not as hard as many that I have slept on in Thailand.
The rooms were quiet, we didn't have any issues trying to get to sleep at night. It is just a short walk from the hotel to beach road (baht bus, restaurants, beach chairs, etc.), and there is a 7-11 right at the corner (you have to look for it, the entrance is hidden a bit by the open air restaurant on the north side).
The staff were friendly and efficient for check in and check out, and breakfast was basic but plentiful.
Very nice and cozy room. Next to the beautiful and quiet Jomtien beach. They served delicious good food. Very friendly and professional staffs. Even I need to stay in the room 24/7 for 14 days. All of what I mentioned above makes it's such a unique experience to stay here as the quarantine place funded by Thai government!

Panchalae Boutique Residences Jomtien is situated on a prime 5 Rai/8,000 Square Meter plot of land alongside a semi private arterial road, mid way between Jomtien Beach Road and Jomtien Second Road, with the white sandy, tree-lined beaches of Jomtien and the main Pattaya-Jomtien baht bus route alongside Jomtien Beach Road being literally a stones throw away, or more precisely less than 40 meters away. The project was completed in 1983, and is comprised of 75 individual apartments starting with entry level, 110 Square Meter, 2 bedroom apartments which by todays standards are fairly large spread across a single, low-rise, 7-story building. Interestingly enough most if not all of the apartments feature internal balconies which overlook the central core atrium whilst access to the apartments themselves is by virtue of elevated communal walkways, stairwells and a single high-speed passenger lift.
As for the projects communal amenities, which at the time of completion back in the early eighties were fairly impressive but are now pretty basic by todays standards and include such amenities as a ground swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens, a fitness center, a private lobby entrance and reception area, out-door carpark, and last but not least 24 Hour security with key-card access and CCTV cameras.

Its ok, but the TV reception is poor and the Farang price is twice the Thai price. My girlfriend told me she already had paid 500, the total she had told me for the 1 night we stayed. We had a late check-out 4PM the next day, at which time they charged me an additional 600 baht. The photos I included confirmed that this was Jomtien 12. If you are sincerely sorry, refund my credit card.
One of the most beautiful Boutique hotels. Modern design.
Rooms have balconies with sea views.
Each suite has two bedrooms and and very nice and fully kitchen.
The rooms are very clean, and the staff are lovely people and very helpful.
The place has a very nice swimming pool and very pleasant to stay there.
I highly recommend staying at Beac Gallery House, it worth’s every moment.
