I reached JB at 2:30am and there was no more check-in in most hotels at that hour. But I managed to find this gem via google maps. And almost immidietly someone picked up the phone and said," yes, we have a room". It was such a releive. Clean and comfy rooms.
More privacy can get food easily

Clean and quiet for a budget hotel. There's a decent cafe next door offering variety of local and western cuisine.
Simple room betting simple rates. Could do with some very basic amenities such as cups in the toilets and tissue boxes. Street side parking is chargeable.
