Good for location. Staff quite friendly especially the security guard / doorman.
We booked the Platform Twin Room. Did not aware that the room was without window.
The room insulation need to be upgraded as we could hear people next door and the noise at the corridor in the early morning.
Room cleanness also to be improved. Our bedsheet and the mugs were dirty. We asked for some replacement.
Hope our input can help the hotel to improve their standard.
Clean and relatively big room. Quiet too, although located just next to the road. Lots of eateries within walking distance.
A stay is all you need to know.
Bedsheet, pillow case, had a weird smell on it. Room simply too small to place 2 person luggage.
Really love the location of the hotel, amidst a lot of restaurants (there's a food court, kbbq, steamboats, dim sum places etc), hipster looking cafes, bubble tea shops and convenience stores. It is very near to Sutera mall as well. The hotel room itself (queen platform) is small but worth the money. More things could be added such as providing tissue or a wall clock. But otherwise, friendly staff and good vibes.
Overall acceptable for a 2 starred hotel. +Reasonable priced. +Clean. Friendly staff especially the day-shift security guard. However... -the toilet kept producing unpleasant odour. -the pub opposite blazing loud music and singing at 1am. -noise isolation can be improved as people walking or talking at the corridor can be heard clearly.
