Stayed for 3 nights. Requested for daily clean up of room, but it was not done, and the signage for clean up was removed. I've stayed here multiple times before but the service level has continuously get poorer.

Stayed 30 & 31 Dec 2019. Thanks to Justin for assisting with my room reservation and Ms Izar for helping me with my flight boarding pass. Much appreciate these help extended to us. Cannot find any flaw in the room and the up keep. It’s perfect for our stay.

Hotel environment giving you are fresh and greens, and you are total no worry if you wanna looking for dinner and supper and they are located in Mount Austin hub.
Hotel is surrounded by food court, korean, Japanese, hotpot, bar & club or even cafe.
