this hotel look old.. but everything is fine n good. service is best no matter check in or out. cafe staff is good n fast service. breakfast is the best, lots of choices.have try their buffet dinner too , best.
room is huge wt 2 twin bed. shower room is big and water pressure is good, but... during shower water gone very slowly, after shower become mini pool.

We returned for the third time. The restaurant manager is someone we could contact for a quick booking at the Chinese restaurant. The hotel room was lovely - if I could only buy their pillows. It's like putting your head on something so soft and comfy. Breakfast spread was fantastic.
The room is beautiful and clean but there's some smell
We (three of us) had our lunch buffet at Renaissance Johor. We were very satisfied with:
1. Variety of cuisines: local dishes, Japanese, Western and also a small selection of cheese (excellent!).
2. Attentive and good customer service: the waiting staff are well trained, professional and switched on.
3. The dessert selections are good with select local delights and fruits.
4. The price for a lunch buffet was competitive and reasonable.
5. In general, the restaurant was clean and food presentation looked appetising.
Just one comment that we saw a fly near the dessert corner inside the restaurant, and a dead cockroach outside the restaurant. This area of hygiene requires more attention.
Well done to the chef and staff!
Came here for a meeting in one of its meeting room that we rent. The package offered was quite nice, which included lunch and tea break at sensible price.
The lunch was also good with a lot of menus.
