Good service
Spacious room and bathroom. Just need to improve on the housekeeping bit especially for people who stays for many nights.
The surprise gem in JB if you want a quite place and dont mind the lack of a restaurant on site, this hotel suits fine. With
fresh linen, and extremely comfortable beds even better than mainstream 5 star hotels. Eat at the nearby 2 minutes walk hawker centre for Malay food which are really tasty and not pricey at all.

it was very bad experienced. Attended my friend wedding, the hall was so hot. Only few aircond are functioned. Their 5th floor not even one fan are functioning. Go find other places if you are thinking to have an event. Not at this dirty and hot place on earth. Complained but NO action taken.
