A not terrible hotel at here , I had been quarantine at here , one of the night I call a food delivery and the lobby is nobody there at 11.00pm,so the delivery guy call me, and sent the food to infront my room. When he was going down , the hotel staff who call Alex hold him and don't let the guy go away.

We come this hotel for COVID-19 quarantine. The food provided by the hotel is not the standard that a four-star hotel should have. I hope the hotel management can pay more attention to customer requirements and ensure that customer service has the standards of a four-star hotel. Hope my opinion can be of any help to your hotel. During quarantine Day 2: I wonder what my brother will become after 14 days. I would rather treat covid 19 positive and stay in hospital. Think they will treat much better than stay in hotel.
