Good access with everything..if you need to go to HSI, this apartment is the nearest..just that not so much halal restaurant around here

Such a hassle for the security, might be good but even residents also treated like outsider / guest especially when you are renting. Inviting guests/furniture delivery/house contractor coming is a nightmare, have to inform 3days earlier else have to pay guest parking RM20 per night. For furniture/contractors even have to pay RM500 deposit. QR code as invitation also must be created through iNeighbour app by owner, not renter. Park outside security once, my car was broken; stolen accessories. Access card have slow detection, better change to RFID at office. Every time the card stuck (walk/by car entrance), you will be questioned by guards like an outsider. Parking ramp so tight, sharp turns; have to be very careful. Facilities, cleanliness, maintenance overall okay.
Great View , Lots Of Activities To do, Comfortable , Shop And Restaurant is Near . Food Panda Also Have Lot Of Option
