Excellent staff and hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were lovely and they gave us a late check out even though we gave them short notice. Also kid friendly. Will definitely come again
Great variety of food. The hot station is keep on changing the food and all are serve hot. Rarely see soft drink serve in buffet , and the coffee machine selection is good, include the chocolate milk, which taste nice also. There are kid section also. Overall ok just the ice cream selection is a bit disappointing
Everything about the hotel and its services, facilities & staffs is nothing short of 5 Star quality. Would have awarded it 5 Stars in all aspects had it not been for the very challenging & nerve biting maneuvers required to access & exit the complimentary (to hotel guests) parking lots. However, this is not the hotel's fault as it is necessary to optimise the limited spaces available during construction while providing crucial structural support to the building structure at the same time
All in all, indeed my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to suggest our friends and family to patronise this hotel.

Very nice hotel, newly open 4months (since Oct 2020). Great location, next to custom entry to Singapore, at the side have 2 shopping mall.

They give me surprised Anniversary greetings.. The staff very friendly & helpful.. The room, the foods and their hospitality is superb
