Affordable price during PKPB,the room was nice, exactly same in the promotion advertising. I came during weekdays so it's was not crowded. During night time,the environment was really peaceful. Will come again in future.

ROOM :-
A bit dissapointed with my room (espiacially my BATHROOM) cos have to experience with the urine smell whole day. The water pressure are too slow not comfortable to shower.
POOL:-
Very dissapointed with the foreign staff at the club counter (around 5pm), keep arguing and asking us to wear swimming trunk rather than to show what is the proper attire can be wear or not.
but tq to the front desk staff(malay guy and lady) who explain and call the management.
and also tq to the Hotel Pool counter staf who show us the pic of proper attire to wear and allow to swim becos the swimming pool is infront of my room. TQ very much and good job for this 3 staff who handle and solve this problem smoothly.
So guy before come to this resort please call or ask clearly the rules of this resort.

It was nice. I like the greenery, the room was ok. They got a few faulty but it manage pretty quick. Breakfast just ok. My partner not impressed so do i. We love the location. Away from crowd tho
This is our 2nd visit. The 1st one just me and wife. This time with our 2 kids. Our room upgraded to deluxe suite with access to Netflix.
We tried all the pools and ghe slide at kids pool. The kids love it so much. For dinner we go to Qing Palace Restaurant for all you can eat buffet.
Overall we love this place, and for sure will come again
specifically room number 705 cinta ayu one bedroom suite. soooooooooo satisfied. very clean and complete. even the staff are very helpful and friendly. the scenery also fascinating especially at the morning. just for the breakfast only took 45minutes. but it's okay. emmm what else aaaa. a very nice place to stay and to have some peace of mind.
